Objective	Determining the physical-chemical characteristics of water in the continuation of the "Noumea" cruises that were part of the Ecotrop program. Determining the distribution of particulate and dissolved matter concentrations. Determining the distribution of radionuclides (210Pb/210P, 234Th/238U) in particulate matter, zooplankton, and zooplankton fecal pellets, on a coast-to-offshore transect in order to specify the respective importance of geochemical and biological pathways of particulate transfer. The cruise is related to the national "PNEC New Caledonia worksite" project and to the IRD "Camelia Research Unit" project.

-CTD profiles, using a SBE19 fitted with PAR, turbidity and in situ fluorescence sensors.
- Water samples were taken to analyze dissolved nutrients.
- Water samples and filtration to analyze particulate matter.
- Water samples to analyze dissolved metals (retention on water column).
-Water samples taken and filtered for isotope analysis (210Pb/S10P, 234Th/238U).
-Sequential in situ filtration (200, 20, 2 and 0.2 µm) for isotope analysis (210Pb/210P, 234Th/238U).
-Zooplankton samples taken for isotope analysis (210Pb/210P, 234Th/238U) on organisms and on fecal pellets.
