Summary of measurements

-Current measurements.
-CTD measurements (temperature, salinity, fluorescence), bottle water samples taken (nutrients, bacteria counts, total chlorophyll a, Chl a < 20µm, Chl a < 3µm, analysis of taxonomic marker pigments, phytoplankton counts and identification, carbon/nitrogen).
-Analysis of total chlorophyll a, nutrients and suspended matter in water pumped from the surface.
-PNF (Profiling Natural Fluorimetry).
-TSG (temperature, salinity and fluorescence).
-Weather station (all parameters).
-Plankton samples: samples taken at CUFES pump outlet, WP2 (200 µm) net samples, WPS (50 µm) samples, PAIROVET nets, square lift-net.
-Fisheries acoustics: Fish finders (Ossian, Simrad), number of ESDUs
-Biological samples taken in trawl hauls.
-Trawling: pelagic and bottom.
