Objectif

Cartographie EM 300 / chirp et carottages kullenberg de plusieurs sites pour le programme européen COSTA (COntinental Slope STAbility).

  • Zone de l'aéroport de Nice, Golfe du lion : zone d'initiation du debris flow occidental de l'éventail profond du Rhône et transition vers la mégaturbidité de la plaine abyssale des Baléares.
  • Marge de l'Ebre.

Compte tenu des grandes difficultés rencontrées pour cause de conditions météorologiques très défavorables, les travaux n'ont été conduits que sur la zone de l'aéroport de Nice et partiellement dans le Golfe du Lion. Aucune opération n'a pu être réalisée sur la Marge de l'Ebre. Des reconnaissances EM 300 de la tête du canyon de Cassidaigne et de la pente Frejus-Cannes ont été réalisées en remplacement.

Les projets de rattachement sont 'Environnements sédimentaires' et Programme européen COSTA (5eme PCRD).
