-Benthic macrofauna samples taken with Van Veen grab.
-Benthic fish and megafauna sampled with modified beam trawl (string).
-Sampling of sediments to characterize the sedimentary nature and organic matter.
-Core sampling of sediment (Reineck type corer)to sample meiofauna(harpacticoid copepods and nematodes) and for sediment characterization.
-Sources of organic matter sampled (POM in sediment, POM in water column, offshore and coastal) and of consumers to analyze isotope signatures.
