Objective Fisheries assessment, impact of fishing on populations. Building up time-series of abundance indexes used to assess the fished stocks. Measuring changes in populations over space and time. Mapping spatial distribution of species and inter-annual variation. This falls under the PG06 project of EASYPECHE, and then the future Department D1 (Knowledge and sustainable management of biological resources).
