Objectif Milieux Extrêmes: Stratégies de Colonisation et d'Adaptation en environnement hydrothermaL (MESCAL). Biologie des organismes inféodés aux sources hydrothermales profondes. Deux thématiques : les stratégies de colonisation et d'adaptation au stress thermique et chimique d'Alvinella pompejana, et la biologie intégrée des endosymbioses thiotrophes (Riftia, Bathymodiolus et Calyptogena). Les projets de rattachement sont : GDR ECCHIS, ANR DEEP-OASES, ANR BALIST.
