Objective Systematic geophysical, geological, petrographic and geochemical reconnaissance of the Rodriguez Triple Point where three mid-ocean ridges converge. Geophysical, geological, petrographic and geochemical exploration of a segment of the axial zone of each of the three ridges. Reconnaissance of a fossil ridge in the Wharton Basin.
