Objectif La campagne BobEco, Bay Of Biscay - ECOlogy, permettra l'étude à très haute résolution de la structure spatiale des communautés associées à l'écosystème corallien et sa caractérisation génétique, chimique et microbiologique, ainsi que la présence des poissons profonds. L'impact de la pêche sur les communautés et sur la structure génétique sera estimé. La campagne s'est déroulée en deux legs : Leg 1 du 10/09/2011 au 22/09/2011, Leg2 du 23/09/2011 au 11/10/2011. La campagne est rattachée au projet CoralFish.
